Standard and Special Order Deposits
Deposits taken for special order goods are set at 50% of the order value and can only be refunded up to 14 days prior to invoice date, which is the date the goods arrive with us from the supplier, following which you will be contacted for the balance of the payment.
Our policies are in accordance with the distance Selling Regulations 2000. All returns and cancellations must confirm to the guidelines stated in the “Distance Selling Regulations 2000”.
Special Order products have an estimated delivery 8-12 Weeks.
If for any reason we are unable to supply due to stocking issues or website errors, we shall advise accordingly within 24hrs in which case a full refund can be issued.
UK Islands & International Delivery Charges
Please contact us for delivery charges and we will give you a quote based on goods required, We can organise delivery or collection anywhere in the world.
England, Northern Ireland, Wales & Scotland Delivery Charges.
For deliveries to England Under the value of £1000 are Charged at £95 Delivery, Orders Over £1000 are Delivered Free of Charge and in either instance are delivered kerbside only. For deliveries to UK Islands, Northern Ireland, Wales & Scotland please contact email@example.com. before placing order.
Accessories Delivery Charges:
Accessories under 20kg will be charged £15, Accessories over 20kg will be charged at £35, with the exception of Cosiloft fire pit, rectangular fire pit & Cushion boxes, that are charged at standard delivery charges.
White Glove Delivery Charges:
(Assembly, place in situ and remove packaging) is available to post codes within the red line on the map (excluding IOW), this is only available on orders over £1000 from our 2020 ranges, this option is charged at £95 and is an option at check out if required. Please Note: if choosing White Glove delivery, you will be emailed a delivery form that must be filled in and returned prior to us arranging delivery, this is for the benefit of our delivery team who require details such as parking restrictions, and access details to location of furniture installation.
White Glove delivery excludes in ground cantilever parasol fitting.

White Glove Delivery Outside Red Zone –
This is not a standard delivery option, but can be quoted for by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org and only applies to orders over £1000.
We will contact you with delivery arrangements 24-48hrs prior to delivery. Deliveries normally take place 7 to 10 working days after purchase, and will typically be between 9-6pm. If a pallet delivery service in a remote delivery zone is not acceptable, the lead time for this could extend beyond the 10 working days. If for any reason we are unable to supply an item due to a stocking issue, we will advise an additional lead time, or a refund if preferable.
Standard Delivery, will consist of kerbside delivery, no assembly or removal of packaging. There is a chance this could be a palletised delivery, you will be pre advised of this. White Glove deliveries are a full assembly service with placement and all packaging taken away. We expect access ways and placement areas to be clear and easy to negotiate, prior to our arrival. Please assume that the delivery will arrive on a large vehicle with a tailgate. If there is a problem with access or the roads are subject to vehicle weight/width/parking restrictions please inform us at the time of arranging delivery. If this information is not disclosed this may result in a non-delivery. All goods must be counted and checked for any damage before the delivery is signed for, by an adult. Once the delivery is signed for the items become the customer’s responsibility. Goods will only be left at the delivery address without the customer’s signature if previously requested and agreed. However, in these cases we will not accept any liability for short deliveries or claims. Should delivery be declined or missed at the nominated delivery address and pre-arranged time, a calling card will be left and we reserve the right to charge for the second delivery. No liability will be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that our goods are delivered in perfect condition, please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery and inform the driver of any damage or faults. If you happen to find a fault or damage you must sign for the goods as damaged/faulty. If you refuse to accept a delivery that is found to be undamaged on return to us you will incur a re-delivery charge. If you find any faults or damage after the driver has left, a claim must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods, by contacting Westminster.
If you decide to return an undamaged item within 14 days of purchase, there will be a collection fee of £50, we do not charge for collection of damaged goods for return or exchange. After the 14 days, returns of undamaged items will incur a 10% restocking fee, and should be in original packaging where possible and in re-saleable condition when collected.
Back Orders & Cancellations
If your item or part of your order is not in stock, we will put this on back order for you. If an item from your order is found to be out of stock, you will be contacted and have the option to cancel your order should you rather not wait. Should you cancel your order before goods have been dispatched, we will refund you the full invoice to the original credit/debit card used within three (3) working days.
